The Government locates the issue or we present it to them as you can see in the approval the last pages are regarding the Funds then once the project is approved by the state they pay us to remediate the land.

A private land owner or a gas station don’t have to pay a dime for the remediation of the land. Since the remediation is paid out of the American Tax payer funds, it is almost impossible to get the products approved. This can also talk for itself on how unique is the product and what are its ability’s.

Also please take into consideration that one of the reason that the state is very carful to approved any product, is that we seat on a wet land. (3ft down its all water) and the product is approved for surface and deep drilling remediation
